UNeECC Annual Conference, ‘Ageing Society, Ageing Culture?’, Maribor, Slovenia (18-19 October 2012)

The University Network of the European Capitals of Culture (UNeECC) will hold its Sixth General Assembly and Annual Conference at the University of Maribor in Slovenia, from 18 to 19 October. The conference is jointly organised with the University of Maribor and the Euro-Mediterranean University.

The conference will focus on three main themes: the effect of ageing on modern society; the effect of culture on ageing; the coming of age of the European Capitals of Culture (ECoC) – financial and cultural sustainability of the ECoC programme.

Registration is now open and the deadline is 31 August.
