New publication: ‘PhD education in a knowledge society: An evaluation of PhD education in Norway’

The Nordic Institute for Studies in Innovation, Research and Education (NIFU) has published a new report entitled ‘PhD education in a knowledge society: An evaluation of PhD education in Norway’.

The NIFU has evaluated the whole PhD education system in Norway – approximately ten years after the implementation of the PhD degree. The goal of the evaluation was to provide a status description of PhD education in Norway and evaluation of the quality, efficiency and relevance of PhD education.
