International Education Forum ‘The World on the Path to a Smart Society’, Moscow, Russia (9-10 October 2012)

The Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics and Informatics (MESI) and its partners are organising an International Education Forum, which will take place in Moscow from 9 to 10 October. The key objective of the forum is to debate the role of education in forming a smarter society.

The topics that will be covered include:

• Information and smart society: development strategy and correlation;
• Smart generation, education, and economy;
• Smart technologies; new educational technologies; open educational resources;
• Quality of education and e-learning for Smart Society.

The target audience includes higher education professionals, policy makers and other education stakeholders.
