Crina joined EUA in July 2011. As Project Officer she is working on projects aiming to carry out IEP evaluations in Romania and the Europe-Africa Quality Connect project.
Prior to joining EUA, Crina was a Project Officer in ESMU (European Centre for Strategic Management of Universities) where she was responsible for the management of Erasmus Mundus and LLP projects promoting the modernisation of higher education management and fostering collaboration and exchange between European and third country HEIs. Furthermore, she gained experience at the Directorate-General for Education and Culture (DG EAC) of the European Commission, by being involved for several months in activities tailored to enhance university-business cooperation.
Crina majored in Public Administration and graduated with a Master in International Relations and European Integration from the National School of Political and Administrative Studies in Bucharest. Before moving to Belgium, she was actively involved in the education public policy sector in Romania, having worked for more than 6 years as Project Manager in international organisations such as the Soros Foundation and Save the Children.
