Efficiency from the Irish perspective: last chance to apply for the 2nd USTREAM seminar in Dublin

07 September 2017

University leaders and managers can still apply to participate in the 2nd USTREAM peer learning seminar on national and institutional approaches to the delivery of efficiency in higher education institutions, by 18 September 2017. The seminar will take place in Dublin on 4 and 5 December 2017.

Inspired by the Irish sectoral and institutional practices, the seminar will feature presentations by Ned Costello, Chief Executive, Irish Universities Association, Professor Brian MacCraith, President, Dublin City University, Professor Philip Nolan, President, Maynooth University and Paul Quinn, Chief Executive, Office of Government Procurement.

This interactive event will offer a unique opportunity for university leaders and managers to exchange hands-on experience and discuss common challenges and opportunities arising in the context of institutional efficiency agendas. It will also be of interest to national policy makers who are in the process of designing provisions for efficiency and effectiveness of higher education institutions.

Please send your completed application form to EUA by 18 September 2017.

Participants’ travel and accommodation costs will be funded in accordance with the project rules.
