The hotels Marriott, NH Campo Grande, Sana Metropolitan and Villa Rica are situated within walking distance (15 minutes) of the convention venue. The Novotel, Holiday Inn Continental, Açores Lisboa, VIP Zurique and VIP Berna are situated 25 minutes walking distance or you can use the underground.

Changes in hotel reservations are subject to an administration charge of 15 €. If you cancel between 4 weeks and 1 week before your arrival, 50% of the expenses will be refunded. Cancellations less than 1 week before arrival, cannot be refunded. Emergency cancellations - because of serious illness, death of a relative or birth - received until 3 days before arrival, can be refunded when duly proved.
