We recommend you arrange your hotel booking as soon as possible.
Reservations are made on a first-come first-served basis.
- Hotel accommodation is subject to availability. Hotel reservations are guaranteed for registrations before 26th of February 2008. From February 27th 2008 organisers will help to find accommodation for those participants who might register late and remain without pre-booked rooms only upon written request to mcercos@remove-this.ultramarexpress.com
- Should the hotel of your choice be fully booked, a suitable alternative will be proposed before February 26th 2008.
- Allocations at the hotels have been arranged for the period of 1 day prior and 1 day after the Conference (from 26 to 30 March 2008). For earlier arrivals or later departures please contact the conference service office at the above email address.
- In case of extension of nights, the effective rate at the moment of the request will be applied.
- For groups with more than 3 persons, please contact the conference service office at the above email address.
- All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card deposit equivalent to one night’s stay charge. This deposit is collected immediately upon confirmation of the reservation and will be subject to 7% of VAT taxes compulsory in Spain.
- If the reservation is cancelled before March 4th 2008 then the deposit will be fully refunded.
- Cancellations made after 5th March or in case of non-shows it will incur 100% of the total staying charges and you will not be eligible for a refund unless the accommodation can be re-let.
