From European framework to national context

The session will discuss how European dimension of Quality Assurance has developed in recent years and present a case study of how one national quality assurance system tempts to creative teaching and learning as well as to adjust to the European quality assurance framework.

Participants will have a choice of a workshop, with duration of 90 minutes (plus a 15-minute break), or of two papers, with duration of 45 minutes each.
Papers will be presented during parallel sessions of 45 min each, with a 15-minute break in between to allow the participants to move around.

Creative quality culture respecting institutional and education diversity

The session will discuss how quality assurance takes into account the enhancement of diversity of institutional and educational missions. Links between different sorts of quality culture and creativity will also be explored.

Chair and facilitator: Martin Prchal, European Association of Conservatoires (AEC)
The session will aim to draw together discussions of the previous days on the role of creativity and diversity in future quality assurance approaches through an interactive ‘question time’ during which the audience is invited to interview E4 presidents about their views on conference topics and to contribute in the discussion by the facilitator of the session.
