o Alex Usher, President of Higher Education Strategy Associates (formerly known as EPI Canada) and
Editor-in-Chief of Global Higher Education Strategy Monitor
o Sybille Reichert, Director of Reichert Consulting for Higher Education, Switzerland, and author of the EUA report on Institutional Diversity in European Higher Education will provide reflections on the presentations.

11.00 – 13.00 Working Group Sessions (I): Designing and implementing institutional strategies
The conference includes two sets of parallel working group sessions on the same themes but with different speakers presenting different case studies in relation to each theme, which will allow participants to choose to attend one of these sessions in the morning and another one in the afternoon.
