•    Problems of international accreditation related to education in Russia
•    Quality assurance in engineering education
•    Innovation techniques in education
•    Linguistic aspects of education in technical higher schools.

Two round tables ('Society and Education: Legal, Political and Sociological Aspects' and 'Humanitarian Component of Culture, Society and Education') and the Second Forum of Young Researchers will also be held within the conference framework.
